Breaking free of a bad habit is tough but when it is replaced with a good habit, you will find that sooner than you think that new success habit will dig in and become something in your life that is not only something you are able to do but a part of who you are. First you struggle through it. Then you accept it. Then it becomes just routine....Then...you need it.
