Sell your stuff. If you're looking to get into the real estate game, go through your place and sell everything that you aren't currently using. Get that down payment together and start house hunting. Buy a condominium in your town and rent it out to pay for the mortgage, the property tax and any strata fees. Now you are in the business of Real Estate.
